I just wanna let you know that I read JESSE and GOLD a while back and I still think about is. I was listening to "As The world Caves in" and that was all I could think about :,(  I got so emotional and I can truly say, I've never read a better fan fic (no shade to the other fan fics I've read) 

Hello internet!
          I'm so incredibly sorry that it took me a month and a half to get this chapter out. Truth be told, I had 80% of it written a week after I last updated, but with school getting really difficult, and finals happening, I didn't have time. 
          Luckily, I've graduated! Woohoo!
          So now that I'm done with school until I transfer in the fall, I'll try to keep my updates more consistent. 
          We're nearly there.

          I’m so sorry for the long wait on the GOLD update. COVID has sapped away all of my motivation, and I’m having writers block from this chapter. But worry not! There will be fluff in time for Christmas! I have some stuff planned. This huge nearly 4-long journey is almost done— and I just want to thank all of you for sticking with me. Y’all rock.

Howdy folks! The over 7,000 word chapter of GOLD is up. I had 98% of this written weeks ago but my family and I always get really busy in late August and early September. Thank you so much for all of your support! I love you all! With school starting now, I don’t know what my schedule will be like, but we’re in the home stretch of this incredible journey now. I’ll post when I can.

Hey- to everybody who just got GOLD notifications for chapters that were already released- I made some quick edits to the headers. Because I'm currently writing Detroit parts 3 and 4 for GOLD, (and combining them as one HUGE chapter), I just wanted continuity between all of them. Sorry if that was confusing to you!

Howdy Folks! I know that like 2 of my readers from JESSE & GOLD actually follow me, but I thought I’d give an update. 
          1) I changed my profile picture to a self portrait because the old one was old LavenderTowne fan art and I’m not really into her stuff anymore? Anyway
          2) I just got back from a family vacation, and finally have motivation to write again? I think during quarantine I told myself to write but never had inspiration, but now I’m going to try to be more consistent. Thanks for sticking with me! We’re like 3/4 of the way through GOLD now and it’s freaking me out 
          Anyway, thanks for being patient with me even when I suck as a content creator

Note to everyone who already read the most recent Chapter of GOLD: Santa Fe, NM, I updated like 2 sentences because I forgot about a one sentence part of the day so oop
          It's literally nothing important, it just briefly mentions a team building exercise. That's it. 
          Thanks you everyone who's been reading JESSE and GOLD lately, it feels good to know that people enjoy my stuff.
          And I want to apologize about how iffy my upload schedule. I started this series when I was younger, and I've lost a lot of motivation for it over time because I feel like it isn't great. But I'm hoping to be more consistent now, and write more per chapter. GOLD originated from my feeling that everything I wanted to write couldn't go in one book because of the story structure in place, so GOLD has really been me trying to figure out HOW to take the story where I want it to go. So, thanks for hanging in there.
          I love all of you guys, thank you so much for following, reading, etc. You guys are the best :)

Hey, I’m working on the next chapter of JESSE. I wanted to get something it before I really focused on finals, but after finals are over, especially over winter break, I’ll post a lot more, probably closer to once a week like I want to.
