Hey guys I need some advice, I have a now possibly ex friend who CONSTANTLY misgender and deadnames me, she told me a few days ago that I need to grow up and that I need to be better and basically change myself so that she is happy, I told her that I won’t because I’m happy but this could tear my friendship group apart, what should I do most of them are the Meier accepting of me in the school?
@ZigZag_innit you have to do what makes you happy. you don't owe anyone else anything. certainly not something that makes you uncomfortable. you've chosen your name and you've chosen your life. it's not up to anyone else to decide that for you. you have to surround yourself with people who love and appreciate you. people who care about you and how you feel
@ZigZag_innit this is a late response, but at the end of the day it's your life. this ex-friend is someone who you won't even think about in 5, 10 years. you live with yourself, and you are your own person. no one else has any say on how you live your life. you make the decisions for yourself and it's up to you to decide on how you live.

@lilsymarvelxpuff you are beautiful/handsome and your body doesn’t matter, when people are talking to you they should only be looking at your face and if they’re not then THEY’RE the weird one. you shouldn’t focus on your body if it makes you insecure. focus on what you like about yourself and DONT say nothing because no one in the world doesn’t have atleast one feature they atleast LIKE about themselves. Then learn to love your other features more and eventually, although everyone gets a little insecure sometimes, you should be able to love your body. REMEMBER that part of the process is to not cover your body up or try to hide yourself.
