I normally avoid making announcements like this but this time, it’s indispensable!
I recently came across a book on here (not the first time) that has the exact same descriptions and dialogues that I’ve written for Lut Gaye. Obviously it ticked me off and I called out the author in the comments because I was totally astounded to see MY writing throughout an entire damn chapter of her book.
And what did she do? Deleted my comments. (: Not only did she blatantly copy my words but also shamelessly deleted my comments.
I usually block people like her because I am not on this app for any drama, nor am I a fan of publicly naming and shaming anyone, but seeing my hours and hours of hard work stolen in such a flagrant way is so disturbing.
I’m just gonna put this out here and keep doing my thing coz like I said, I am just here to write and tell my story, and I don’t want to bully or discourage anyone. I genuinely want writers to grow and improve together. Taking inspo is absolutely fine, but plagiarism isn’t. It’s disgraceful and distasteful.
So just know that I am a pretty peaceful person but I am not UNAWARE of what others are doing.
Also, to the readers of LG, if you ever come across such copies and if you value & care enough about MY HARD WORK then please report it.
