a certain type of frogs (i forgot which one, but they’re in Alaska) can hold their pee for up to 8 months. Another one is that one time in Australia, it got so hot that they had to add another colour to the weather heat system thingy. it’s a purple colour for when the temperature gets over 50°c (it got to 52°) it was in South Australia in 2013

@_oneirataxxia_ pain killers help sometimes but at the same time it is worse for some than for others. And like heat, stretching, and not moving for extended periods of time help a LOT.
