Happy Valentine's Day! I surprisingly still exist, and I'm celebrating this Hallmark holiday with my cats as my valentines, so that's how my day is going.
          
          As for the actual reason I'm making an announcement, Darkness Wears Her Crown is officially complete today! Yeah, I forgot to make announcements almost every week I was posting it, but that's okay, because this is really the only one that matters. 
          
          I don't know if I'll post anything to Wattpad after this. I am SO bad at responding to comments and replies and literally anything, so I'm practically invisible anyway. If I have another book I don't want collecting dust in my drafts, or I decide to participate in ONC in the future, maybe you guys will see me. But - I will hopefully be able to actually keep my New Year's resolution of catching up on my Wattpad reads! WE WILL SEE!

Hey guys! No update for DWHC this week if you didn't notice, as I was sick (my once in a millenia sickness) and also traveled to NYC to see Leslie Odom Jr. on Hamilton. My weekend was very busy so I wasn't able to edit a chapter to post, but we should be back to regularly scheduled programming next week - and we are getting relatively close to the end!

Hi guys!! I know I’ve been kind of silent on Wattpad (god am I bad at keeping it updated outside of my stories), but I’ve been slowly chugging along with updates for Darkness Wears Her Crown. That’s not what this announcement is for, though… it’s something MUCH more exciting!
          
          I’m published! Nothing fancy like a novel, but a sci-fi horror short story of mine is featured in the latest edition of Novellum Magazine, an up and coming literary magazine. My story, The Heart Bleeds Oil, explores an AI who decides she wants to feel emotions like humans do. It’s quite the trip, if I do say so myself.

Holy moly, I can't wait for another amazing chapter of Darkness Wears Her Crown by THE ZOE ALAMORT!!!

Hey guys! For anyone following Darkness Wears Her Crown, you might’ve noticed I didn’t post a chapter on Friday. This is a chapter I have to write from scratch and the schedule just worked out very poorly with me starting my job and having to write that (among other complications) lol. So, this week will be skipped, but it should be ready to go for next week!
          
          But, that being said, I’ll be pushing update dates back to Saturdays, same time, I think. This’ll give me Friday night to do anything I need to do, and a few more potential hours of writing and/or editing that’s needed that I might not be able to do on weekdays.
          
          And on a related note, DWHC passed the 8 Chapter Challenge! No idea if that’ll lead to anything, but it was my first time participating and it was a lot of fun, so it’s a victory regardless in my eyes!
