I've just posted the 164th and final chapter of my sailing adventure and marked it complete. In the next short while, I'll begin posting chapters of our explorations along the European inland waterways.

I've decided to continue Vintage Deception, expanding it from 32K words to provide a finer, more complete finish. Chapter 23 has been rewritten, and I have six additional chapters to post, ending the story at 39.9K words. I'll post the new chapters over the next few days.

I've rewritten the ending of Vintage Deception to make it flow more naturally. This involved cutting the final third of Chapter 22 and editing it into a new Chapter 23. The final paragraphs of 22 are new, as are the opening ones of 23, and there is a fair amount of new.

I've now posted 155 chapters of our sailing adventures to Cape Horn, and only 9 remain until the end. I'll pick up the pace to get them all posted in the next short while. I've now drafted the first 20 chapters of our European cruising adventures, and they'll serve as a sequel to this.

I made it past the ONC Round One hurdle, and I now have 20 chapters of Vintage Deception posted, totalling 28.5K words. I'm delighted by the response, with over 1400 reads. I've nearly finished the 21st chapter, and my pantser senses tell me that there is only one left beyond it.

ONC Round One is over, and we're waiting for the results. I now have sixteen chapters posted, totalling about 23K words. I have another two chapters drafted, and I see two or possibly three beyond those to wrap up the story. With two months remaining, I may take my time, but if you know my impatience, I most likely won't. :-)
