I came across The Secret and ended up staying longer than I planned. There is something very quiet but strong in the way you write. It feels honest.
One part that stayed with me was when you wrote something like “some secrets do not stay hidden because they are meant to hurt, but because they are the only thing keeping someone together.” That line felt very real. It gave the story a kind of emotional weight that is not easy to create.
I also noticed how you handled the relationship dynamic. It does not feel rushed or forced. It feels like something slowly unfolding, especially in the way the characters react to each other instead of just what they say. That kind of writing is not common.
At the same time, it made me wonder about something. Stories like this usually take time to be seen, not because they are not good, but because they are quiet in a space where louder stories get attention faster. It feels like this is one of those stories that people would deeply connect with if they found it.
