Im a preacher of the inportance of sleep, food and water. Otherwise known as the necessities of life. You must have at least 2 meals a day and 2 hours of sleep. Water i dont really care about. This will help ya survive school and life ( even though i dont really have one). So imma gonna pretend  im talking from experience.
