          I was telling my mom how at night I'm always tired but I cant seem to go to sleep (Because I keep staying awake thinking about all of my mistakes and other shit until i start crying), hoping that she might think its an actual disorder, and you know what she said???

          Tbh it was kinda funny

          What do I do when I try to help, but I feel like never do enough even though they tell me I do, and I cant stop worrying until it's basically all I think about and then I start crying for no reason???

@ZynDidSomeThings I don't really know either, but I'm a friend group where we're all pretty messed up. Like _lazylittlelady_ said, sometimes you just need to put your foot down and take a break. If you need to calm down, try doing breathing exercises or physical activity. Exercise has been proven that it helps mental health a lot. Go outside and be in nature, do things that you love. And maybe tell your friends that you need a small break, that you'll still be their friend, but you time for your own self and to recover your own mental health. I know that I don't know you personally, but I can assure you, that any small act of kindness that you give to people is enough <3
