Ayanokoji is evil from the start, he's just an unreliable narrator so it's best to not believe his words all that much.
If your question is when he'll blatantly commit evil acts then it'll be soon as for till now, he's used a fake suicide to manipulate a girl's feelings and forced his brother into a deal with a devil whose intentions he's unsure of.
Ayanokoji isn't technically an evil person, he's just efficient and lacks morals. If he has a goal then he'll achieve it no matter how despicable or dirty the methods he has to use.
