Nuru fired Varian from driving and being the map reader. So while the other two were occupied not getting them lost Hugo held up a little knapsack full of bits and pieces to try and make Varian feel better "How about that lesson in mechanics?"
"Go away, its too early" Hugo groaned when Varian tried dragging him out of the tree he was sleeping in. Varians hair stripe began glowing again, so he was trying to get Hugo up

"Varian!" Hugo complained for probably the millionth time in the last hour, see Varian left a overly sticky compound on the ground so the next person to walk in would get stuck and not mess with his experiments- which was mostly meant for hugo, so he's been stuck for a bit

Hugo huffed as he looked down, after the group waited for the morning star at ravens peak they where shown that the totem would be here- at some point in the Canon.
Yong was digging through the baskets that Prometheus carried for rope, mostly since he was told to and no one took him up on his rocket pack idea
@_Alchemy- Hugo rolled his eyes and shoved the end of the rope in his hands "you make it very hard to not push you off"
"Stop trying to make excuses goggles, I don't want to do this either" Hugo huffed as he peered at the list they were given on the way to the market, Varian and hugo have been entrusted with getting supplies for the groups next journey to get a totem and sadly they had been teamed up to do this task.
@_Alchemy- "Well- I'm not sure, me and my mentor spent years studying this thing and we cant figure it out" he explained "its smart, it can solve problems and escape bottles- but its not a animal"

Bill floated around and poked at a raccoon, waiting for the weird kid hiding down here to notice him. Bill contemplated on throwing the dumb animal, but he saw how the human talked to it as if it could respond, and he didn't want to risk messing up his newest scheme before he even got the chance to make things happen. He picked the raccoon up and pat it on the head, waiting for Varian to turn around and realize there was a person and not JUST an animal.
