@Litghtningfire Yeah it turned out to be a needle. Stupid doctors not giving me an anaesthetic till 10 minutes into removing it, a severe panic attack and being put on laughing gas later and I'm all good XD

@Lost-Unkown Melatonin...It's a natural medicine. I struggle to sleep so they give me that. And Iv'e started my ADHD meds now as well so I struggle even more than I used to to get to sleep.
