@_Atlxntic_ that's completely understandable tbh, ive been using discord for the past two years or so and it's a lot easier to use in my opinion for creating a community and being a part of one. you're definitely right with wattpad not being the best for smaller creators, and im very open to joining your discord once its all finished (i could probably help if you're having trouble, gathered that from prior announcements)

@mothmatical Yes I remember you!!! Yeah, Wattpad just doesn't seem very accommodating for artists and small writers anymore, but I've been working on a Discord server for anyone who wants to join! I'm sad to be phasing away from Wattpad but I think Discord will be better lol

@ScorpioStudios Yeah, I was able to set up the roles but people wouldn't be able to pick which ones they'd want, I would have to assign the roles to them (which isn't a big deal, but it's annoying I would have to pay a bot money to set it up so people could "self-assign" their own roles lol)

@_Atlxntic_ I think (I'm not for sure-) that if you go to server settings there's a user management tab thing and one of them says roles and you should be able to add em there!

Update on the server: Just getting some technical things figured out and trying to figure out how to organize things! Just be patient with me at first, I've never run a whole server before qwq
I'm also going to leave it up to all of us to decide on a name for the server, as well as its icon!
