I have news––it's heartbreaking (at least for me), but there's at least a bright side to it.
I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but I am deleting this Wattpad account.
This account was born one [what I assume was a] beautiful evening of March 24th, 2011. She started off as polishgal123, but then went through a stage of 1Nerdy (and other short-lived usernames) and ended up as _Catalyst––six-years-old as of 2017. I must have posted at least forty (even more) stories on this account, most of whom didn't last more than two to four chapters. I've only ever completed five novels on Wattpad––"Do You Believe in Magic?", "He's Just Using Me," "Princess and the Pirate" (which includes a sequel), "Shame On: The Bad Boy and His Best Friend," and "Mickey's Lessons on Bad."
It is so weird to delete this account, because it has been with me since middle school. I created polishgal123 when I was twelve-turning-thirteen, and Wattpad was a magical time––from interacting with fans to reading millions of books and discovering amazing authors to even publishing my own novels with all of you. My beautiful "331" fans and god-knows-how-many readers.
But, in order for me to move forward as a writer, I need to officially start a new leaf.
[This is where the "bright side" comes in:] I have created a new Wattpad account called panic_the_cab. I will continue writing "A Bad Girl's Song" and even begin posting new novels over there. I want to feel the same youthful passion I used to when posting novels, interacting with fans, and reading others works (none of which I really do anymore).
And now it's officially time to sever my ties to this account and, as I said, grow as a writer.
Thank you all for everything––your comments, your votes, your follows, your reads. Especially your reads. I love you all and hope you join me onto the next stage of my journey––panic_the_cab.
Thanks again.
xoxo,
Lynn <3
