Everything is starting to lose more and more meaning. Good photos. Funny jokes. Music. Movies. Transportation. Seeing/communicating with our family/friends.

So people want to go back to that time where the device that made it possible to listen to music took up space. Back to that time where taking photos wasn't "I'll take a few hundred and we'll see how they turn out" but it took ages to get exactly what you wanted and pressing the shutter was the moment of truth.

It required effort and so, it was a great accomplishment to get a good photo.
You didn't talk to your relatives or your friends as much as you do now and so your moments together were meaningful and not something to be distracted from.

Now, putting in effort is not something that is admired. Now, nothing is worth your time or attention.

It's a little sad and overwhelming how fast everything begins and ends - and we don't even have the time to bat an eye.
