Hello, I had an problem here on Wattpad and was hoping you may be able to help me out? I believe you were the staff member who helped me with this problem in the past. My story, War of Hearts, was plagiarized by a user named celestial_writer54 last year. Her story was called Veni Vidi Amavi. I reported that story and you had removed it for me. A few months later, she re-posted the same plagiarized story and you deleted and banned her. This year, she has come back under a new username - dreamerandwriter14 - and has posted the same story under a new title, Illumoria. Everything remains the same apart from the title so I reported it again and the story was removed. But then that user filed a counter-notice against me and the story was re-posted. I understand that part is legal and there's nothing that can be done about it. But the user was banned from Wattpad which is against the rules of this website, right? I mentioned this to the staff member who removed the story this time around but they ignored me and wouldn't answer any of my questions about it. I had talked to another ambassador, Lele, about this and she's been trying to help me out but I haven't been able to get back in contact with her. She was sick the last time we talked. She'd mentioned she was going to contact you about it. I was just wondering if there had been any update on the case?
