Went out on Monday thought I lost my ring I was panicking when I get home go to the bathroom and I find it there MY.DUMB.ASS

I have a bad throat it’s been like this for a while now I think I’m seeing a doctor soon but it’s kinda concerning on how long it’s been going on for.
