Paano mag report ng mga account na nag papacontest daw tapos ang bayad sa pag sali sa kanila vote and follow pero after ilang buwan ng pag hihintay sa contest nila biglang na delete/unpublish/what have you ang contest? May nag palit pa ng username kala mo di mahahalata. What a cheap way to earn votes and followers.
