I live in a resort on a lake and the lake is flooding hardcore right now power might go out because it’s been storming and I need to sandbag so that we don’t flood because if water comes in we have to close and I’ll go bankrupt and lose the lodge. Chapter might be out a little late sorry!
I’d have to return about 50k dollars in deposits at least and that’s best case if the water gets in, then the bank will take it against the resort and then it’s gone.
