When I close my eyes for peace 
My dreams bring me calamity
Thrashing in chains I didn't know existed
Bound to the terror, a creation of my own imagination

These fears would have me dead 
Drowning in my head
These voices overthrow rationality and push me to insanity

Laying in my bed
Fighting myself once again 
As monster crawl out of my ears from my brain
And wrap me in their cold hands 
Clutching my heart like it belongs to them.
Holding my soul like they have a claim 
My dreams they hold no solace
Only provide away for them to whisper to me more clearly
