I was sooo scared to put cheese on my ramen but now that I've tasted it once.... There's no going back. How's the taste? You may ask. Well it depends on how much you melt the cheese and which cheese you use. I've found cheddar the best for me yet, mildly melted. However, you can completely melt it to get a savoury broth with your ramen mozzarella is good if you want it to melt completely. 
          
          I'd compare it to mac n cheese.
