Sorry for the late and repetitive responses about the fanfic last week. It was my birthday and I was very drunk.
Long short: It's not a Red Hood story only relation is the name and suit and that's black and green. Izuku is a homeless Vigilante to spite A.M. and Bakugo, builds his own gear and trains Shinso to get to UA. He has his own Main Villain ghost, nothing is known about him other than he gets his power from his suit. It's really worth a check and I'm 3 chapters in.

@_KingAzrael I really don't know how to describe it. It's not Red Hood story i can tell much, only relation is the suit and name: the hood and that's black and green He's a homeless/quirkless Vigilante builds his own gear. Trains Shinso for UA. Hates A.M and Bakugo, last time they met he broke Bakugo's nose. He becomes a Vigilante because villains killed parents and heroes just let it happen, and does it as big F you to am and Bakugo (that's my interpretation.) Saves Uraraka and Shinso in 1st week or month. And has his villains called ghost who gets the jump on him more than once i forget which chapter I really can't describe it. Best advice is to give it 5 chapters. It ends on cliffhanger with nothing from the author online it's all but dead. Sorry for annoying or late response I've been sick for the past few days. Bottom line it's not a Red Hood story
