at the beginning of a chaptee, it's a thingy that looks like an eye,and it has a number next to it...

What do the little eye ball symbols at the beginning  of a chapter mean?? like why it has numbers???

I write about almost everything and most of it I come up with when I'm half asleep so it's a little weird.^°^ I hope you enjoy!!
