Why are 90% of the books on Wattpad that deal with mental illness, bullying, abuse, etc... centered around a female victim. Males can and do experience the same things. We talk about diversity and equality and how important it is, but is there really a sense of that when women are the ones experiencing pain and males are portrayed as the enemies who start the bullying?
