Hey guys I have a few things to talk about.
Firstly, Project Shimmer is on indefinite hiatus, I kinda thought it was implied with how long it's been since I've updated, but I was wrong. I should have mentioned it somewhere and I'm hindsight it was a very dumb assumption to make, sorry about that. :')
Another thing is I haven't used or opened Wattpad in a good few months, and when I don't use apps for an excessively long period of time, "permissions are removed" for those apps, including notifications. This means that a lot of you have been messaging me though DMs or putting things on my board that I straight up just didn't see, or completely forgot about. For that, I am also sorry. Ignoring any of you wasn't my intention, but that is what happened. And there's nothing much else that can be done to fix it other than regularly using Wattpad.
Hence, the third thing. Since I don't use this app much anymore, if you ever need to talk to me, you can find me on Tumblr and Instagram under the same name you see on Wattpad. By talking to me there, there's a much larger likelihood that I will see your message and will have a chance to respond.
Once again, I'm very sorry for the confusion, I definitely should have brought up all of this much sooner. Have a good night all of you, and I hope you understand :). /Gen

not to mention that “”season 3”” is practically a thing now and that i feel like project shimmer is kinda outdated in terms of lore now that i think abt it even if it was fun but its been like a couple years already im pretty sure u could do smth at least maybe idk

@kiminuta thank you very much for the concern. It makes me happy to know that the fic means so much to you and everyone else that reads it. Unfortunately lately it's just been another issue after another issue in my irl life that I've been having to deal with that's been killing basically any writing motivation I've had left. The fic is not cancelled, I don't plan for it to be anyway. But the online classes I'm taking rn for highschool as well as me studying for my driver's permit have taken priority over writing for the time being. Sorry about the long wait :')
