Writing the first chapter of a story makes me want to scream and cry at the same time. bleh

I feel like I've grown out of the stories that I've posted and I don't know what to do about that :/ I'm almost 20 and I want to start writing more mature, well written stories that I can actually finish and feel proud of. 
          
          Any advice?
