          I just wanted to tell you that there is a book called "FUCKBUDDIES | VKOOK" by _LARRYVGL, that is basically the same as you book "I hate my fuck Buddy" (some sentences are even just copied and the exactly the same) Because I think if you didn't give that person the permission to make a book like that, then I think it is theft of your own work (I know there is a word for that I just don't know it) Maybe you could message that person man talk to u her/him.
          Just wanted to tell you, because I don't think you gave that person permission to make a book like that. :)
