Fun Peggy fact: Peggy and Alexander were really close friends! BFFs actually. So the lyrics "Peggy confides in me" is true! They had a type of sibling bond. They were so close, platonically, that they were like brother and sister!

Fun Peggy Fact: She had an axe thrown to her head by Native American soldiers after saving her infant sister, Catherine, during a raid of the Schuyler mansion. She dodged it and it hit the banister behind her. The mark is still in the mansion!!!

Fun Peggy Fact: She had a romance with Marquis De Fleury and wanted to court him before she found out he was courting another woman while 'sort of courting' Peggy. They had a few kisses but other than that just amazing company. Fleury broke Peg Leg's heart!
