Hwyy..i have read one of Ur book s and i have question.i think I shifted but the thing is the person I met was not the one I know of .so I was wondering if I had really shifted or its just a dream.

umm hi i have a question about shifting, is it important to write script and if it needed i am little bit confused about how to write it... do i need to write like a story?

@maneihineihi no u don’t actually need a script but it’s better to write one if u want ur dr a specific way and with certain rules or if u want to change ur appearance slightly etc. but a script is basically just describing how u want ur dr like what u will look like who will u date and u also add rules to it like if u can die if u can feel pain and all that so it’s a bit easier to write a script so when u go to the dr it’s not so confusing. :)

i do have a question tho, with the method you used, do we have to memorize our whole script

Not at all! You can read it before hand a few times to make sure your subconscious knows it or you can just make one up as your attempting to shift.

Well I don't know how long your going to take to get this but I have a question so last night I was going to try the shifting method but I thought it wasn't going to work because I have sleep disorder and I stopped having vivid dreams when I was 11 and yeah they were practically like shifting dreams beacuse I remember them so clearily and I dicided well I'm going to try and have a vivid dream tonight to see if it would work so I can get to shift easily like i did when I was younger and I had a dream last night it wasn't really that clear but I dreamt that I shifted but I can't make out where and I was there half the night until my vivid dream had stopped snd then it was just plain nothing there so what I'm asking is that if that's a sign that I will shift soon or what?
