Hello friends! Another update from my hiatus. I was hoping to be back to regular activity by now, but it just hasn't been working out. My goal at this point is still to get back to regularly writing, and to do that I think I need to step back from Wattpad to reduce the pressure. I want writing to become something I do primarily for fun and for myself, and I can't do that when I feel stressed about uploading it on time and keeping up with social media. I may have time to come back over the summer, so look out for new stuff then! In the meanwhile, thanks for hanging in there!

Hello friends! So  clearly I've been on hiatus for a little while now. I want to apologize for that. I haven't been up to speed on writing lately, and I feel guilty about engaging on social media when I'm behind on writing, hence my absence. I think it's a combination of embarking on my first novel-length piece around the same time as school started, which kind of slowed down my groove. 
          My plan at the moment to get back into the swing of things is to (sadly) press pause on A Beautiful Evil. While I absolutely love writing this piece, I think it was a bit too soon to rush into a longer work and the timing wasn't right, so I've lost momentum. I'm definitely hoping to finish it at some point in time.
          My goal now is to make writing a regular habit again. I'm not anticipating posting any writing for a little while, however (possibly not until January), because then I'll at least have a backlog? I'm hoping to be a tad more active on social media however.
          Thanks for sticking with me as I figure this stuff out!

Hey everyone! So I'm sure you've noticed by now that there hasn't been an update for a few days now. I've been on a mini-hiatus, and I'm going to just make that official. I wasn't quite on top of my work enough (both the writing and social media) when school started again. I will be back for my regular updates next Tuesday, and fingers-crossed I'll be able to double up some days to catch up. Thanks for understanding!

Hey guys. I just wanted to give a heartfelt apology for the lack of a new chapter today. I usually have some chapters pre-written, but my hectic schedule has caught up with me and I had so much work to do today that I had no time to write. I generally have no qualms about staying up late to finish chapters, but I can't afford to be sleep-deprived tomorrow.
          The next chapter will be posted tomorrow, and I won't miss Friday's update either. It really pains me to have to do this, especially since I was so proud of my consistent update streak. Thanks for understanding!
