          To all of you who celebrate christmas, I hope you all have/had a lovely day filled with love and surrounded by the people who mean the most to you.
          
          I send my love to all of you who are specifically struggling through the holiday period, whether that be to losing a loved one, having family issues, going through a mental illness or whatever it may be, I hope you can find enjoyment through the day.
          
          To those of you who may be struggling with an eating disorder or who have overcome one, do not feel guilty for fueling your body these holidays. Christmas and celebrations were always the hardest for me in recovery, and they still are. How much you eat, or how you look or any number, does NOT define you. Do not let it ruin an otherwise amazing day. You are powerful, you are strong, and you are worth so so so much.
          
          And also a reminder that no one says you can't spoil yourself ;) buy yourself something for christmas! i know i did
          
          With that said enjoy your holidays! <3

i am so so so sorry to all of you. i have been swamped with life and writing this book has just slipped from my mind. i’ve been trying to make time but i just can’t seem to make it work. i’m not sure when another chapter will be out, but please know i am continuing Julia’s story. thank you for all your support ❤️❤️

hello lovely people!! 
          i have been completely MIA for a while which i deeply apologise for. With my new job, and recently starting a course, starting new friendships and new hobbies it has been extremely difficult for me to find the time and motivation to write. I’m trying new strategies to try and organise my time better so hopefully i’ll be able to get another chapter out soon. In the meantime, thank you so much for all your love and support, stay healthy and stay hydrated you beautiful humans ❤️❤️

          it has been quite a long time. a lot has happened of recently and i got so caught up in all these new things happening i haven’t found the time to write. the next chapter is in the works i can promise that much, and i’m hoping to have it out in october. i’m so sorry for being so slow in this process but please bear with me. i appreciate all of you so so much. stay hydrated and healthy <3
