Honestly, there have been so many moments when inspiration for my book plots hit me all at once, and I’d try to write everything down immediately. But then I’d get overwhelmed, lose focus, and eventually stop writing altogether. My ADHD makes it hard to stay motivated and interested, no matter how exciting the ideas seem at first. It's challenging to stay focused and invested in a single story for long. I have a pile of unfinished books just sitting in my drafts, waiting to be completed. It’s tough having the passion for writing but lacking the motivation to follow through. I’m honestly glad I haven’t published any books yet.. leaving readers hanging with unfinished stories would be so annoying. I have so much respect for the authors out there.

@halfsane9 That’s such a great way to look at it. I think sometimes I get too caught up in trying to make everything perfect, but you’re right.. it’s about the satisfaction of putting your ideas out there and giving it your all. Thanks for sharing that, it’s really motivating! Best of luck with your literary journey. I’m sure your work will turn out amazing!

@_Sucker4Romance_ Being an amateur in this art, I can relate. But what motivates me to keep thriving is the self satisfaction I get when I finish putting down my ideas for a particular scene. Even if it doesn't turn out perfectly well, we still gave our best and that's what matters. Do it because you wanna feel satisfied, that's your reason. When you start loving what you write, you'll automatically get the confidence.
