Hello everyone, it's been a while!
          
          Terribly sorry about the long wait after I had just come back. Something came up and it took me a while longer to take care of than I had imagined. Anyway, we're back in the saddle now! I hope you'll all find excitement in knowing that Chapter 6 is just about finished and should be up within the next couple of days, at the latest. I had a lot of fun writing this one!
          
          Now that it's summer, I'm planning on putting some extensive work into making up for lost time here, but that certainly won't mean a compromise in quality. Expect another post as soon once Chapter 6 goes up!

We're back! Sorry for taking such a long hiatus, things have been pretty chaotic lately and I haven't quite had the time to be here. It HAS, however, been on my mind, and I've been doing a good deal of planning for how I want to take things with Hofferson's Heart down the line! I hope you all enjoy Chapter 5: Solace, and stay tuned for Chapter 6!

Oh wow, has it really been since July? I apologize for taking such a long hiatus, life has been crazy lately. The good news is that I'm currently finishing up my Fall 2023 college semester, so I should have some more down time until the next semester begins. That said, I think I'm finally ready to pick Hofferson's Heart back up!

          I'll make this a quick announcement, I just thought you'd like to know that I'm finally wrapping up chapter 4, and I'm planning to have it out sometime this weekend! Life has really been getting in the way, but things are looking up and I'm really excited to get back to sharing with you all everything that I've been working on!           I apologize for the sudden disappearance (boy am I starting to sound like a broken record lmfao), I just really fucked up my neck late last week and it still hasn't quite healed. Slowly but surely feeling better, I just haven't been able to even sit at my computer for long periods of time without feeling all kinds of pain. Good news is I'm feeling much better this morning, so I think I should be able to pick up where I left off and crank out a chapter 4 relatively quickly. Stay tuned! :)

          Sorry for the hiatus these past couple months, things got very busy very quickly and I haven't had the time as of recently to do much writing. We're kicking off June with a good start, however! My Hofferson's Heart readers should be happy to know that the next chapter should be out very soon! Wrapping it up right now, and then work should come pretty smoothly on the next handful of chapters, as I have it fresh in my mind where I'm planning to take them.

          I just wanted to let all my Hofferson's Heart readers know that updates are coming a little bit slower than expected, as very important things are coming up and I haven't had as much time to dedicate to writing as I'd like to.
          
          Nevertheless, the next parts are still underway and I'll do my best to get em out in a timely manner :) In the meantime, do be sure to comment on the current parts and let me know what you think so far! I'm always open to taking suggestions for improvement from readers, and regardless I'm always interested in hearing what my audience has to say.
