In the meantime, here's some things you might've missed in the novel!
1: The main character's sit in row 46 on their plane. Their flight departs from John F. Kennedy airport. JFK died at age 46, and JFK Jr. died in a plane crash, illuding to the plane crashing.
2: When the main character arrives at the airport, a flight is announced over the intercoms to be departing to Beijing, China. The main character's flight is at gate 4. In Chinese culture, 4 is bad luck and illudes to death.
3: The main character's name, Claire, is meant to illude to the word "clairvoyant" as in someone who knows the future.
