How do you get out of writers block? Tips and tricks maybe?

Readers who have read Hunting Adeline, I have a question: Is that book (Cat and Mouse duet #2) more traumasing than Bittersweet Amore? Cause I never ever cry over a book, but I cried over Bittersweet Amore. Is it more worse and sicking? Cause I'm planning on reading it.
