            "I get that. I miss my family too sometimes." Husk said softly, reaching to take one of Angel's hands and giving it a squeeze. "Do you remember any of her recipes? I wouldn't mind helping you make them one day."

            At that memory, Angel smiled softly. “Oh, yeah…my mother cooked delicious things. And she cooked a lot of them.” The spider giggled softly. “And her Christmas pastries…I’ll never forget those, you know. Her pastries and her panettone with citrus cream from our garden inside…damn, I really miss all of that…” Angel sighed softly.

            "Charlie has been asking around, guess she has something planned. Wanted to see how Italy partied this time of year." Husk hummed. "But dinner sounds good. I'm sure your family knew how to cook good meals."

            Vox scowled at the other not being too pleased with his overly cocky attitude. "Who do I look like, Val? You don't bring me any goddamn business." He snapped out as he stood up, now scoffing at the mention of his argument with Val. "I don't think that concerns you, Angel. That stays between him and I. Now what do you want? You never come in here unless you have something on your mind."

            Once in the Vox’s office Angel looked around for a bit, before tilting his head to the side to focus on Vox. “You’re ‘damn lucky’? Please. You should be thanking me for bringing some actual personality into this sterile, neon nightmare you call an office.” He shrugged a bit. “Now c’mon. what’s got your screen flickering this time? Val said you two had a little argument?”

            （ very scarcely did abel /ever/ mess up where he was portaling to . the last time must've been centuries ago . his darkened hands splayed in front of him while he slowly turned around, body moving with him as he took in his surroundings, before his eyes landed on angel. his eyes brightened as he looked down, flying forward so his body was still in the air, but his head facing forward as he neared the other's face . ）
            
            " hey , you ! " （ he said , unsure of the demon ' s actually name . ）" you look so familiar . aren ' t you one of charlie ' s friends ? "
            
            （ though , when the plump little angel looked around , he gathered that this wasn ' t the hotel that he planned on appearing at . at that , his lips pursed in confusion . ）

            The touch of Valentino's hands on his stomach made him tremble, one of Angel's lower hands sliding over the moth’s shoulder and then down his back, caressing the space in-between his wings, moaning softly against the other demon's lips as he deepened the kiss. "Valentino..." He breathed softly.

            Valentino unfurled his wings from around his body as he placed Angel down on the bed, deepening the kiss as his lower set of hands caressed the spider's midriff.

            Angel completely ignored Vox's words, not bothering to respond to his nasty comments. He simply continued to press kisses against Valentino's lips, the Overlord soon slipping his tongue into his mouth, making him moan straight  into his mouth, then clinging tightly to him once he was in his arms, his legs wrapped around the moth demon's waist as he carried him to the bed.

            "So naïve, did you not know who he was to begin with??" He watched the poor spider as he crossed his arms firmly over his chest, a blank look evident on the tv demon's face. "Oh come on, you're only now finding out you've been used. It's been going on for longer than you'd think."

            “No!” Angel snapped, hugging himself tighter. “Val, he…he promised me he’d make me a star, that everything would be wonderful, that I’d have money to live the way I wanted…” Angel sobbed quietly. “And he did. He pulled me out of misery, made me a star, and I…and I-I should just be grateful. But I can’t, not now that you’re also pushing me into something I don’t want!”

            He analyzed the spiders body language as he just tilted his head to the side, a blank expression on his screen. "Oh clearly ya do if you sold your soul away to a literal pimp. I don't want any bullshit excuses such as you being naïve, this is why you think before selling your soul to someone." He now straightened himself back up and straightened out his suit jacket. "Maybe I'm just a jealous bitch, who knows."

            "Back there." Baxter pointed to the edge of the city. "Smoke. That's where Cannibal Town and the Doomsday district meet. If there's anything going on, it's probably there."

            “Yeah, I know, understandable.” He shrugged softly, looking around himself and Baxter. “See anything suspicious?” He asked, continuing to look around.

            "I don't doubt you. I'm just saying it's wise to avoid Alastor's ire. I don't think he'll go easy on us because we're with the hotel." Baxter glanced out of the window, trying to see if he could see anything suspicious.
