Hi my gentle readers,
          	I had intentionally left out Chapter 148 before—but not anymore. It is finally here, rewritten with the weight it deserved.

          	In this chapter, hearts have bled,
          	a bride has been adorned,
          	and a groom has chosen the path of duty—
          	even though every beat of his heart still whispers one name.

          	Let yourself be swept into this moment. Let go. Feel everything.

Hey author when does your book comes to end ? Will these both get any happy ending

_asoulstained_

@VahiniDraksharapu
            A happy ending… that’s what I’m working on. I’ve stepped a little off track from my outline, as many of you requested, so I think it’s better we bring this to a good close. We’ve already seen how the bad one feels. As for the book’s ending, that will take a little more time — but it’s coming.

Hi there!
          I just came across your story and it looks really interesting! I'm also working on my book titled Rashmi-Rekha (The world of Vidyadhars) and would love to do a Read for Read — I’ll read yours and give some genuine feedback and engagement, and would appreciate if you could do the same for mine.

          Let me know if you're up for it! Happy writing! ✨

Author in after how many chapters will you show about Anchal marriage to whom ??

_asoulstained_

@VahiniDraksharapu
            I know the wait feels long… and sometimes it becomes difficult not to ask the very question Anchal herself silently asks the skies: ‘Will I ever belong to someone? Will love be mine, or just a passing prayer?’

            I promise, her journey is leading somewhere. Her marriage—if it happens—won’t just be a union, but a turning point. And yes, it will be shown in the upcoming chapters... but only when her heart is ready, and fate stops testing her so much.

            Just a little more patience? Every chapter is a step closer. Thank you for holding her hand through this storm and I will upload chapters at a pace from now.

✨ Author's Note ✨

          Hey, lovely readers
          While 'Where the Gita Wept' is still unfolding, I’ve started preparing another story on the side—one that feels very, very different.

          All I’ll say for now is…
          It’s darker.
          It’s heavier.
          And it doesn’t come with a warning.

          Its genre?
          Dark---(huff I have to control my mouth before I spill the tea)

          Should I drop a little teaser soon?
          Let me know in the comments—
          Even one emoji, one word, or one wild guess is enough

          — A

@_asoulstained_ curiosity kills the cat.
            So how about that teaser now?

@Angeni01
             Thank you so much for reading the story and holding Anchal close to your heart. It truly means the world to me when readers connect so deeply with her journey, her silences, and her love for Karn.

            To answer your question—yes, Anchal will marry. But not the one she has always loved.
            Sometimes, life asks us to be brave in the most unexpected ways. Her path ahead is tender, complex, and filled with choices that will test the very core of who she is.
            And yet, she walks it with grace.

            Stay with her a little longer… her story is far from over.

Will Anchal marry karn ??author reply

_asoulstained_

@VahiniDraksharapu
            “Will Anchal marry Karn?”
            That’s the question, isn’t it?

            But perhaps the wrong one.

            You see, Anchal’s love was never about rituals or garlands.
            It was about presence. About soul.
            It wasn’t about becoming his bride—it was about becoming his home.

            She loved Karn not in hopes of a wedding,
            But in quiet prayers, midnight aches, and letters never sent.
            She loved him even when the world gave her every reason not to.
            Even when fate stood like a wall between them.

            So maybe she won’t wear vermilion in his name.
            Maybe there won’t be vows or seven sacred rounds.
            But know this:

            Anchal already belongs to Karn.
            In a way no marriage can define.
            And Karn—he knows.
            He carries her in silences, in glances, in the way he breathes.

            This story was never just about whether they end up together.
            It’s about how deeply two people can love—even when they cannot be.

            So stay, if you're ready to feel that kind of love.
