I know many of you are eagerly waiting for the next update and trust me, I’m just as eager to share it with you. But unfortunately, I’m a bit under the weather right now.
I can usually manage a fever, cold, or even low BP… but stomach pain? That’s a whole different level. It’s honestly unbearable. And no, it’s not period cramps. Even I don’t know what kind of pain this is. I’ve taken medicine and will be consulting a doctor soon as well.
So I really hope you won’t be upset with me for the delay. The current scenes in the story are very important, and I don’t want to write them half-heartedly or in a rush.

I know many of you have been waiting patiently for the next chapter, and I truly appreciate your love and support. I’m doing my best to get it out by tomorrow. Trust me, this one has taken a toll on me far more than I expected.
Firstly, my brother just left for college, and the house has felt unusually quiet since then. We haven’t spoken in three weeks. Yes, three. And no, I’m not budging until he apologises. Call me stubborn or cruel, but I believe some lessons need to be learned the hard way. If he doesn’t learn now, what if he repeats the same mistake with his future wife one day? Silence is my way of teaching him that.
Secondly, I’ve been struggling emotionally these past few days for reasons many of you already know. I sit down to write, and I know what needs to be written… but I’m struggling with how to breathe life into those scenes. And let me tell you, Chapter 21 drained me. Every word felt like a battle.
Thirdly, and most importantly, I love you all. I never take your support for granted. Your presence keeps me grounded on this platform. I know I’m not the most consistent author, and for that, I’m truly sorry. I always try to be. But life keeps throwing curveballs. Alongside writing, I’m also preparing for a competitive exam, juggling college assignments, and gearing up for upcoming tests. This isn’t an excuse it’s just life. And sometimes, chapters get delayed like this one.
Once the wedding track ends, the story’s pace will pick up naturally. But writing wedding scenes is a whole different challenge they take extra time and creativity to ensure they feel unique and not repetitive of other books.
