I usually get myself motivated, like have a good mindset,
And then once I get ready for bed I relax myself,
And I kinda manipulate the sounds I hear from my cr into tricking myself I’m in my dr !
Sometimes I like to visualize scenarios but it keeps me up longer than I’d like but that’s pretty much of what I do ! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t but that’s okay ! hope it helps !
