            so this is just internet research n you've probably done a bunch of that already but in case this helps: 
            - write down feelings/situations whatever. for me writing down things helps me a lot to cope with - well, basically everything. maybe it does for you tooo. 
            - talk to a supportive person you trust. personally, i find it very difficult to open up to people but it is important as this can make you feel more seen and understood. also, sometimes it is enough when someone knows ur not having the best time and can offer you some support
            - excercise helps to improve your mood and can possibly help shaping your body in a way that might reduce ur dysphoria. also you define your body as well by what it can do and not only by its gender. 
            - connect with nature. ur a part of it. you're a human being and worthy of the sun kissing your skin, the grass below your feet, the fresh air in your face. 
            - get enough sleep. 
            - make yourself an escape plan. what can you do when the feeling gets unbearable? what calms you down in situation like these? it could be listening to calming musik, reading something, idk, for me it is laying on the  bathroom floor (i know right. but it really helps to see things from a different angle - in every sense of the word :)
            - your body does not define your gender. tell yourself. say it into the mirror. say it out loud. you're okay.
