guys , i need help . 
          my closest friend was basically my
          sister . she was everything to me . i told her about the shit her school was getting and i had said that their school sounded shit and full of stuck ups . we got into a big argument . i was shocked because ... well , we've never fought . we shut each other out and then i was top news in her school . she had told everyone how i was a player and all my deepest secrets . she had told them how i called them stuck up and shit and that my school was full of sluts , druggies , alcoholics and bitches . its been a week and i haven't eaten in days  . when i go to school , i get nasty glares from my schoolmates because my ex best friends school and mine are now 'rivals' because of us and i am constantly getting hate and getting bullied by the opposing school . what should i do ?
