Okay, so, I know I've said many many many times that my books are mostly always going to be original show/movie + OC and small additions because thats just the kind if fanfic I prefer to write/read.
I've said I won't change major plot point or death, and I still stand by that BUT I will consider changing ending deaths.
Like say, if a death happens in the middle of the show, like Allison, I won't change it. Because that death always tends to influenced some events or things later on in the show (most of the time in shows at least).

But if a death happens at the end of the show, say like Deucalion, that I will more willing to change and save the character.
(unless say I did a fanfic before the show is completely finished like with Eddie and Stranger Things since we don't know if his death will effect anything in the next season)
Some ending deaths I won't change like Newts because then that would change the entire ending of the movie. But if it's a death that feels like the writer really didn't have to do it, I will change it.
Because I'm getting sick of shows and movies unnecessarily killing characters.
