          I know… I disappeared on you for a bit. Two weeks of silence, and trust me, I’ve felt every second of it. It’s been eating at me, leaving my thoughts tangled and my plot feeling like it slipped right through my fingers.
          
          But life decided to get a little demanding. Exams are creeping in, textbooks are piling up, and my brain is being held hostage by stress right now. I hate being away from this story, writing, from you, more than I can explain.
          
          I’m not going anywhere though. Not even close. This story? It still owns me in ways I can’t escape, no matter how hard I try. And you… my loyal, patient readers… you mean far too much to me to ever just walk away.
          
          I just need a little time. A small break to breathe, to gather my thoughts, to come back stronger… and maybe a little more dangerous than before.
          
          So stay with me, alright? Don’t drift too far. I promise I’ll be back, better, messier.
