well hello there, it's been a while hasn't it? i logged onto this account for the first time since 2020 and realised people have actually been reading “Send Help”?? i started that story when i was but a small child, and now that i'm older i realised how poorly written it is lol
let's get straight to the point; is there anyone who'd want me to re-write that fic? i don't ship ray toro and mikey way anymore (i'm also purely on ao3 now), but i hate to see stuff incomplete, so if there's any demand i'll try my best to re-write it and give it a proper ending :]
if/when it gets re-written, there will be a couple of changes (both major and minor) but the plot will be pretty much the same. some changes will be:
- the story takes place around the time revenge came out.
- mikey will be a trans guy (on testosterone gel and with top surgery).
- it will be in 3rd person pov.
- gerard's addiction will only be implied, because while i've struggled with addictions myself, none of them have been alcohol or drug related and i don't feel comfortable writing that.
other than that i will keep using the stuff from my 4 year old google doc.
