So what's the psychology degree for if you cant even tell that someone youve known 18 years isnt in a good mental space

I fear the gym rats were right. Im on week 4 of going 3 times a week and I feel so good

Crazy that when Why Don't We broke up I was on good terms with my dad and even about to start working out living with him and now, almost exactly 3 years later, I dont talk to my bio dad, I call my stepdad my dad, and Im getting ready to actually move out of my moms this time. In all those changes, Jack is finally releasing a solo song 
          
          Anyway im happy for him and also im so so excited
