Listening to Cowboy Carter while doing nothing else—just listening. Eyes closed, holding onto every measure of music. There is something so magical and immersive about it. Genuinely—specifically the first half of the album—is so healing. Protector genuinely makes me want to cry every time I hear it because she is such a good mother. I wish I, and every kid, got this type of gentle parenting and love growing up. Seeing Rumi and Blue on stage with her, you can tell they love being up there with their mom! They love being around her! I can’t explain how I feel listening to Protector and 16 Carriages. Coming from the community I grew up in, the type of background I come from, all the hardships…my heart breaks and repairs itself by the end of the songs. The singing is just so damn beautiful, the lyrics quite literally speak to my soul…

Can someone actually help me understand why people are thanking Bey for their life and why others are saying she should be arrested??? HELP! I was off social media for a couple weeks and now boom.

The way that I keep going to my BeyNika reading list and noticing it drop down in numbers more and more. It was at 150 something…it’s now 138. Wattpad taking books down is making me not want to write anything anymore! Like if I want to post For You again, I have to completely rewrite it. And that sucks. 

Wattpad removing For You really frustrated me. It also opened my eyes to other possibilities. I already write a lot outside of BeyNika (just not on Wattpad). So out of curiosity, if I was to write a non-BeyNika book and post it, would y’all read it?

Guys they took For You :( . I am literally going to cry. I sent in an appeal. We will see what they say. It’s to the point where I don’t even want to upload anything to Wattpad because they take down everything! I have no idea how For You was “in violation” of anything, considering it had literally no sexual scenes, barely any cursing, it was just a cute little book about the two trying to get past trauma.
