techincally when the teacher says "the bell does not dismiss you i dismiss you" THE BELL IS ACTUALLY IN HIGHER AUTHORITY THAN THE TEACHER
          
          the reason for this is that the school times are decided by the principal and owner of the school, so techincally, it is the principal deciding when class ends and starts
          
          so if the teacher doesn't obey this, the teacher is literally like disobeying the rules by THEIR boss 
          
          so like they could get like in trouble for that
          
          SO LIKE THE BELL IS IN HIGHER AUTHORITY THAN THEM
