@quirks_ I've read both series (including Son of Sobek), the only thing I haven't read is House of Hades cause my daughter has it at the moment. I get it when she's done. lol! We spent the entire 1st movie whispering "What, wait that's not how it happened in the book!" and "Why isn't Annabeth blond??? Why are they driving!?" oh and the biggie, "Where's Kronos???? He's the entire reason for the evil!!! They can't leave him out!" Yeah, they totally blew it in my opinion. They left out WAAAAY to many characters to keep to the correct storyline. I havent' seen the 2nd movie yet, I'll wait for it to come out on DVD, I didn't want to wait the money to see it in the theater after the 1st one was so awful.

Its @_houseofhades 's twin sister. We actually did go see the movies, and got our eardrums blown out! The books are amazing, but the movies are really good too. We're in the middle of reading The Kane Chronicles, have you read them yet? @VictoriaKaer @straightedge_

Ahhhh girl you just gave me a stroke! THE MOVIES!!! NO NO NO, read the books woman, the books! *head desk* They screwed the movies up so badly it isn't even funny! *grumbles* Sorry, movies made from books is a giant pet peeve of mine cause they nearly always screw them up and people are always "OMG that was such a good movie!" Yeah read the book it was way better ... that's what I always think inside my head.
