What rubs me the wrong way about the Pepsi Paloma case is that no matter how you look at it, it's a bunch of men in their late 20s-early 30s taking advantage of a minor. Even if they claimed that it was the girls asking for souvenir photos of kissing, that doesn't matter. As an adult with a moral compass, saying no should be an automatic response. Whether or not the assault happened (in my opinion, it did), just the fact that these men are adults means that they have a responsibility to protect minors, not exploit them.
I can't believe that I watched these men daily as an elementary student and looked up to them because of their noontime show. When I entered my late teens, I found out about this and was truly disgusted.
