Ok so hi I need advice if anyone can help me
I just read like a book in the beginning i thought it was a good book so like i continued it
The guy in it was nice to the girl then he kidnapped her ..kept her with his mother who hated her..beat her...and she still loved him..and then they had kids
I'm traumatized I'm not the person who likes such dark romance (no offence to those who do)
How do I forget it ???

Next time, i would recommend looking out for content warnings and checking the tags before starting a book, it’s a small way to look out for yourself, and your peace! I hope you feel better soon

@MahiGupta433 I’m really sorry that book left you feeling so hurt and traumatised dark romances that deal with abuse can be unexpectedly triggering, and it’s completely valid to feel shaken or overwhelmed afterward. Please be gentle with yourself right now and try to surround yourself with comfort, whether that’s through something lighthearted to read, a cozy show, or just taking some quiet time.
